    Why doesn't he just improve his own formula??? It's pretty low to try and steal someone else's formula just to make yours better. He should really do all that he can do to make his formula better. Don't you agree?

    The other guy would stomp on him, because he would find out it was a plan to steal the formula, considering Plankton's big mouth.
