I can't really compare them. Because London is still in high school while Patrick has been to some sort of community college. And they both lack common sense at times, but still are able to say the most genius things at times. But I say London anyways.

Well London is obviously stupider. Mabey in the new episodes Patrick is stupider, but that is because the writers now make him a complete idiot. The real Patrick (1999-2004) was smarter than London.
