Crocker seems funnier. The fact that he always fails miserably is perfect for his character. It would have been nice if you added Professor Calamitous to the bunch.

Crocker definitely. Plankton doesn't really go crazy at all and gets pretty close sometimes. But Crocker is a complete lunatic and always fails miserably. It was hilarious!

I think that the both are funny, but Crocker is a lunatic, and Plankton is more normal
So I think that Plankton is funnier
