Always thought Spongebob was older but then again Patrick does seem a bit older. Though Spongebob is smarter then Patrick. Patrick makes spongebob look genuis.

Yeah, and Patrick knows how to drive a boat, which SpongeBob has failed horribly at during the four seasons of this show's run.

I'd say Patrick is at least two years older than SpongeBob.

Idon't know exactly why, but everytime I see SpongeBob and Patrick together, it always seems that Patrick is older.
