    Nah, that was nothing. The toenail scene in House Fancy and the skin-ripping scenes in Plankton's Regular, Krusty Krushers, and Sand Castles in the Sand were the grossest (well, and the entirety of The Splinter). I mean, nerve endings on a toenail? That's just nasty.

    I never found those gross. Maybe the toenail scene is the most disturbing,but MM&BB IV scene is more painful. EVERYONE would want to rip their toenail off like that rather than getting cut in half with scissors,turned inside-out,set on fire etc.
