    I recently bought season 1 of spongebob on DVD and couldnt find the episode help wanted? Is it on another season or couldnt they be bothered to release it? Note: I have the R2 version.

    Because it's the pilot episode, so the episode was a special feature on one of the season 3 discs.

    season 3 dvd also did not have help wanted. maybe season 4 vol. 1 will have it.

    Sorry, but you're wrong, the back of one of the S3 discs said that the special features included Help Wanted.

    I believe their reason for not including it in the season one set involved copyrights of the song used in it, so they couldn't use the song yet.
