That's "Help Wanted". It was the pilot episode, and the short "Reef Blowers" was aired afterwards.

Also in the first airing Tea at the Treedome and this is the only SpongeBob episodes were three of them air.

I think also Help Wanted et al were not included on the DVD set because it used Tiny Tim's song "Having a wonderful time' (the song in the first episode) and they could not get permission in time to place it on the DVD.
