I think it's Tartar Sauce cuz well... Spongebob always says Tartar Sauce! Plus, In the episode Imitaion Krabs Spongebob used a huge tank of Tartar Sauce to spray Mr. Krabs.

The recipe is:
1. bottom bun
2. patty (cooked)
3. cheese
4. lettuce
5. pickles
6. tomato
7. onion
8. ketchup and mustard
9. top bun

Actually, I knew the secret formula by I watching the episodes, Pickles and Plankton. Pay attention closely if you want to know the formula. I don't know the link, but I know the recipe.

Actually, I got the recipe out of order, but I remember the first three steps:
The recipe is:
1. Bottom bun
2. Cooked patty
3. Cheese
4. Ketchup and mustard
5. Lettuce
6. Pickles
7. Onion
8. Tomato
9. Top bun
10. Do not let Plankton know this
