    You forgot Big Pink Loser and Have You Seen This Snail? In Big Pink Loser, the awards given to SpongeBob at the KK were in boxes, the mailfish also puts a box in SpongeBob's mouth, which is Patrick's award. In Have You Seen This Snail?, The Mermaidman and Barnacleboy paddleball set was in a box.

    EDIT: Okay, I added it, but I also removed "Patty Caper" and "Plankton's Regular" since I thought that on second hand, they weren't too fashionable. Also, there is an episode called "SpongeMan SuperheroPants" that is my guess supposed to be paired with "Grooming Gary". Here's my source.
