    In the beginning I loved the show, but then, there was no new episodes, so therefore, I stopped watching it.....now, it is a huge deal when there is a new episode of spongebob, and before there was always new episodes...

    I'm pretty sure United Plankton Pictures already made all the season 4 and 5 episodes, but stupid Nickelodeon's airing them every so often so it'll last longer.

    Yeah, I heard they've finished making episodes.

    And I've heard rumors about Stephen Hillenburg making a new show. He may be, but i'm not sure.

    They're doing that because change in format is at Nickelodeon's insistence, rather than the SpongeBob creators.

    In the US,Nick just airs 10 minute episodes.They make us wait weeks for that!And some people blame Friday Night Slime Time!

    It is slime time's falt. All other premieres of other shows in Slime time are 10 minutes at a time.

    New episodes are comming out in January next year, right? if they put it off until February or later they're losing a lot of viewers

    Thats really weird, I thought that Spongebob was actually cancelled this year. I never saw any of the new episodes, so im just saying.
