For me season 3 is the best season because it had some of the best episodes in the show, and had very good moments and plot.

Squid's Day Off, Big Pink Loser, Dying for Pie, Wormy, Patty Hype, Pre-Hibernation Week, Christmas Who?, Survival of the Idiots, I'm Your Biggest Fanatic, Squirrel Jokes, Pressure, Gary Takes a Bath, Secret Box, Graveyard Shift, Krusty Love, Sailor Mouth, Fry Cook Games, Spongebob Sandy and the Worm, Squid on Strike.
Is that good enough?
