As I think has been submitted on this forum, I think the dolphin noise is the SpongeBob version of the F word.

There isn't an uncensored version of this episode. The dolphin chirps used to cover the cusswords were originally in there from the start, and they never censored them.

they used to have an uncensored version of the episode on youtube, but i think the lawsuit thing took it off. i saw it several times, and it was hilarious

I used to think the dolphin thing was true.But then I thought they might have said the F word because I read there lips in one part and you can see them say that word.And when Patrick said "That's alot of **** bad words.''You can hear him say ing at the end of the cencored word.
