I think the dolphin noise was the F bomb. Espically since Spongebob & Patrick used it as a "sentence enhancer" with phrases such as:
"Hey Spongebob! How the F*** are ya?"
"Nice F*****in day we're having?"
I'd like to see the uncut recording of the lines. I wonder what the Nick execs reaction were!

My parents won't let me wach that episode. I don't swear anyways and I don't want to start now. I think that the one scene where they are playing that game and Spongebob gets ticked if you slow it down and watch him mouth it it looks like he uses an F...

1 -the show doesn't beep out anything. the dolphin noise is the badword

or

2 - it says "krabs is a a**hole" and patrick knows more bad words and he tells them to spongebob
