I read the plot for the upcoming SpongeBob episode "The Thing" and it sounds exactly like The Camp Lazlo episode, "The Great Snipe Hunt."

The plot for "The Thing" is:  After a freak bicycling accident, Squidward is coated in so much gunk, he's totally unrecognizable. SpongeBob thinks he's cute and adopts him as a pet.

Which is almost exactly the same as, "The Great Snipe Hunt": Where Lumpus gets the campers to go on a wild goose chase to catch the legendary snipe, but everyone except Jelly Cabin knows that it's a trick Lumpus plays on the camp every year. Lumpus watches them try to catch the "Snipe" while eating sticky snacks. He falls out of the tree getting covered in branches and other stuff along the way. Jelly Cabin thinks that he's a snipe and they take him back to camp.

I don't know, but I think there a little too similar. What do you guys think?
