I don't know if this is the right thread to say this, but I'm throwing a blog party on May 29th starting on midnight and it'll go throughout the weekend, ending on Sunday May 31st at midnight and I want everybody to come! We HAVE to party our arces off! (I'll put it on my sig in a couple minutes)

Well to help spread around this SpongeBob Committee some more, tags in signatures have succeeded, adn there's also that SpongeBob Fan Club going around ready to start nominations and votes.
Opening up some new SpongeBob games would be another good suggestion, and I would create that This or That SpongeBob game, but there's one problem: Does anyone here remember that we can't have no more than 4 game threads in this forum?!

Yeah the Games Forum is awesome whenever I stop by. Plus has anyone ever been to the Avatar forums. They've got loads and loads of games set up. So its not fair that they are allowed to break the rules.

Well i haven't been to 'fun and games' because i go here for the shows... not the games... and i like the games because they are related to the shows... oh and at the ben 10 alien force forum they have about four million role playing game threads

I actually have an idea. To have this Committee more alive and up and running again, and also to have new ideas set up around here to spread SpongeBob news around and make the boards more interesting, why don't we set up certain groups and clubs?
Not just the SpongeBob Fan Club of course, but other club variations and other forms of fun stuff like fanart threads related to the club. Let's all gather around and make this happen, by voting and starting up these kinds of threads.
Like for instance, there can be a Gary and Snellie Club, where we can discuss why Gary and Snellie are meant for each other, and any Gary and Snellie related discussions can be held in that thread. We can also do fanfics or rather start them up and name the episode title and place them in the Spin-Offs Thread. We can also post Gary and Snellie art by drawing pictures and downloading the images on the internet to here if anyone knows how to do that. I don't know if this idea will be successful or not but I say it's worth a shot.
I could be the president of the Gary and Snellie Fan Club, meaning the topic starter can be the president, or hold nominations instead for other users to vote who they think should be the president of the Fan Club.
JellyFishJammer could perhaps start a Sandy Fan Club.
And does anyone here see where I'm going with this?

Well fan fics are not allowed on the regular boards but they can be used on the spin-off threads so that could work.

Hmm if you are going to start a Gary and Snellie fan club, I call dibs on the Plankton Fan Club

There's not much to say about Gary & Snellie, since there relationship was just in one episode, I would join the Sandy Fan Club though.

hmm true. in fact that's one of my main concerns with this clubmania of late... plenty of clubs and members but little actual activity... many seem pointless and beyond 'i like insert character so i'll join yay!' theres little actual activity in them. perhaps concentrating on the clubs we already have like the spongebob fan club...?

I think we've got a major problem, and it's on the episodes guide, it's totally messed up. There are a gazillion episodes on season 7 that belong to season 6, and I think we should fix it. This is how it goes: Season 6

Yep, Season 7 begins on episode 114. But the episode order is completely screwed up. SB vs. The Big One is Season 6 and most of the Season 6 episodes are in random places. I'm not exactly sure how to fix this.
