I think the terms "overrated" and "underrated" are overrated. ^_^
But seriously, I'd have to go with Camping Episode and Patrick Smartpants as overrated, and Ugh and Battle of Bikini Bottom as underrated.

@PIGGYDOOM Boating Buddies is not the most overrated season 6 episode because I know that lots of people didn't like this episode (especially Squidward fans) because of Squid abuse and SpongeBob's face. I think the most overrated season 6 episode is "The Krabby Kronicle".
