    I think all characters do appeal to a certain number of fans, there are tons of people who love Mr. Krabs, and pretty much all characters.

    I'm going with Sandy. It seems like she hardly ever has appearances these days. Good thing I have that spin-off, huh?

    Ya, but everyone loves Sandy. I actually consider her a tad overrated, because everyone seems to love her, universal acclaim no other character seems to get (except maybe small one-time characters).

    Well what do you mean by 'in general'? If you mean by the writers, I'd call her unappreciated. If you mean by fans, and pretty much any fans I'd say, I'd call her overrated.
