    What character is underrated on spongebob is think its mrs puff shes one of my fave characters but she is very underrated

    Probably Mrs. Puff, but I think she's fine with the screen time she has been getting, on that note, then Sandy, she's a great character that should be used more.

    I think people just like to complain. If he ever had a major character change and he became generous, people would complain beyond belief that he was out of character and now horrible. It's just a lose/lose situation for poor Eugene.

    I agree with Mr. Krabs, he's one of my favorite characters but is often criticized for his greed which is part of his personality. Nothing wrong with that, it just makes him more interesting in my opinion.

    I'll take your word on that, but at least Cyril Sneer from "The Raccoons" became less greedy during the run of "The Raccoons".
