I don't know about the U.S., but where I live Season 1 is shown A LOT, I'd say Culture Shock / F.U.N. is the most common. Besides Season 1, Season 5 seems to be the most common here.

Here in England, it's The Splinter/Slide Whistle Stooges and Shanghaied/Gary Takes A Bath.

A few months ago, I wished they showed them more.

Also, Survival of the Idiots/Dumped, The Algae's Always Greener/SpongeGuard on Duty, Blackened Sponge/Mermaid Man vs. SpongeBob, etc. seem to air very often.

A lot of episodes I hate so badly. Like that stupid Blackened Sponge, Mermaid Man V.S. Spongebob combo. UGH...
...I hate those season 5 & 6 episodes.
