    Maybe sometime in the future he will be shown in another episode where his name is revealed.

    That's one thing that makes Pre-Hibernation special and one of a kind, since that guy only was in that one episode and that's it.

    I liked his quotes, and he said them twice in the episode like this: "Uuh, I can explain."

    1. When he was snowboarding with what looked to be his wife, and when SB blazed past him and caused him to appear in a little candy kid costume.

    2. When Sandy was picking up all the buildings and he was still in his costume when she lifted one up, and he was hiding inside that building.

    (Each time there was also what sounded to be an ice-cream truck tune played.)
