    Also, The creature was wearing High Heels, meaning cartoonnetwork are supporting the 'Spongebob is gay' theory. I got it off from wikipedia, your thoughts from this?

    In Here Thar Be Dwarves, Billy was being chased by Yogi Bear and Boo Boo. At the end of the chase, Yogi and Boo Boo realize that they are afraid of caves. In Sickly Sweet, you can hear voices from Codename: Kids Next Door. There's much more, though. Also, C.H. Greenblatt (writer on SpongeBob) wrote the episode, Be A-Fred, Be Very A-Fred (one with the "SpongeBob like creature").
