What do you think the SpongeBob characters will be doing in 20 years? This is what I think:
Mr. Krabs will be dead
SpongeBob will have met a girl sponge and have 2 children.
Patrick will be married to Pam (read my Spin-Off for more details) and they will have a little girl.
Squidward will be a world famous clarinet legend and will have a wife.
Sandy will be a proper scientist.
Plankton will be in jail for a terrible crime.

Oh, and Gary died, but he had 3 children before he died and they live with SpongeBob.

I think Spongebob and Sandy would be together and have kids that are part squirrell part sponge.

Mr. Krabs isn't dead. He's gotten over his obsession with money

Squidward will continue to be a grouch and move far away from spongebob

Patrick will live in Spongebobs house and become a basement dweller

Plankton will continue to be evil

Gary will still be alive and slower than ever

Pearl moves to the Caribbean. (idk?) haha

and Larry will be a successful bodybuilder or model.

SpongeBob will be a 'bit' more mature, and manager of the Krusty Krab

Sandy will be married to SpongeBob, and they would have a lot of kids (not half sponge and squirrel)

Patrick will be doing his own thing.

Mr. Krabs would be retired and old, but still loving money.
Spongebob would be at least the owner of The Krusty Krab, and married (not sure if married to Sandy though O_o) He would still being that happy-go-lucky little sponge that we all love, but on a bit more mature way.
Squidward would be a still famous clarinet player, or a famous painter.
Patrick would be as stupid as always, with the exception that he'll be married and have little starfishies! lol
Plankton would have given up on the patty formula and make it as a famous actor playing Man Ray! lol
Sandy would be about to move away from Bikini Bottom (her contract is suppose to expire in 20 years, unless the chimps re-new it)
Gary will have little snails with Snellie, and they would all live with Spongebob and Sandy and their mutant sponge-squirrel kids on the pinapple that would be a bigger pineapple of course.
