I will start with my own idea. It would be a double length, first of all. In the episode, the main characters will be at the beach, being the only ones there, and are watching the sunset. They go around to each character, starting from least important and working up (Plankton, to Sandy, to Mr. Krabs, to Squidward, to Patrick, and finally to SpongeBob), and they each tell about their favorite memories in their lives. Of course, their so called memory is basically a recap of an episode for each of them.

Now for the weeks leading up to the episode, there is a voting poll on the Nickelodeon website. Fans must vote their favorite episodes for each character (for example, Squidwards list would include Squidward the Unfriendly Ghost, Gand Geeks, you get it), and the episodes that get the most votes are the ones that the characters tell about. However, there is no poll for SpongeBob, because it is already set that he, at the end, will tell about the events from Help Wanted.

That is basically my idea for a finale of the series, twenty two minutes long. Sure, it doesn't give any closure like the characters getting married or some other cliche, but that is what the movie is about (because this episode is basically the events that take place right before the movie storyline). Also, I think it would be cool for the characters to also make references to other episodes. For example, Mr. Krabs in the beginning could say "why didn't we go camping", and Squidward could respond "I don't want to get attacked by any more sea bears" would is an obvious reference to The Camping Episode. Also, I am considering taking Plankton out of the scene. Now I'd like to hear your ideas!

Hmm, nice idea. I like the whole poll thingy. I wouldn't have my episode be anything too special like you said with characters getting married and stuff, but basically like a regular episode except 24 minutes.

Aren't Ya Spongey?

SpongeBob wakes up one day and he is about to go to work, but all of a sudden he ends up oversleeping and has a dream. In his dream he imagines everything that he'd do with his friends and what not. He wakes up after everyone he knows is surrounding his bed and SpongeBob says "Just like old times! " then the episode ends...

Plankton`s robot takes over Bikini Bottom, Rock Bottom, and the whole sea. Spongebob, Patrick, Sandy, Gary, and the qhole bikini bottom has to stop him.

The Spongebob Squarepants 2: Revenge of Plankton (Also Known As Spongebob Rued the Day)

In the sequel to the first movie, Plankton explodes Krust Krab with a nuclear bomb. Spongebob finds out, and him and Patrick must find out the criminal until they get stuck a Rock Ship island when they are about to die for their lives.

The Finale of the Seven Seas (Third Spongebob movie) 1 hour and 30 minutes

Squidward becomes famous, Patrick becomes smarter, and Bikini Bottom undergoes a few changes as well. This gets twisted when everyone finds out it's the spirit of Plankton causing this. Spongebob and Patrick stop Plankton one last time, only to have the entire city of Bikini Bottom explode after Plankton is completely annihlated from any world ever. As the town is being rebuilt, Spongebob and Patrick find our their houses are crumbled. They move into Squidward's house, only to have Squidward get so mad, he runs down to the same spot Plankton, Krabs, and Pearl got killed and lets the monsters eat him. Spongebob and Patrick are happy with their new home, but it isn't the same without Squidward. The last 10 minutes are the credits for the movie.
