I'm pretty sure the least is To Save A Squirrel, with 4 (the old guy is technically Sandy) characters and 4 voice actors (Roger Bumpass does the old guy).

So, does anyone know what the most is? I'm guessing the movie, but if we exclude the movie as it's not an episode, what episode is it?

Actually, the least is Reef Blowers. There were no voice actors at all!

I have the one true answer for the least.
    Gary Takes a Bath
Only two characters, SpongeBob and Gary, and only one voice actor, Tom Kenny.

So that's closed. But now we need the most.

True but I meant when someone actually talks. Sorry, I didn't make that clear enough.

I think that Reef Blowers was the only one with no voice actors. But I can't think of any others that had little voice actors.

He's right. Recall, that episode relied solely on sound and visual effects.

    Carolyn Laurance.

Anyway, Reef Blower had the least amount of characters, but since there were no voice actors, I'm not counting that for voice actors. The Krusty Plate had only 2 voice actors if I remember correctly.

Mr. Krabs didn't talk and the french person's voice was never never heard (there was just a bunch of squeaking)

Rise and Shine had only two voice actors and three characters: SpongeBob, Patrick and Gary.

As for the most, I think it's House Party because all the extras on Patchy's party, and there were all those guests on SpongeBob's house.

Wait, I take back To Save a Squirell. I forgot Squidward's part.

I know this is making it more confusing, but what about most guest voice actors? I think that'd be the movie, but I'm not sure.

I think the most for an episode is The Sponge Who Could Fly. That had a bunch! (spongebob, patrick, mr. krabs, squidward, monroe, mrs puff, plankton, and evn more!)

Hmm I think that the most would probably be SpongeBob's House Party and if I remember correctly there were a lot in WhoBob WhatPants as well
