The main reason why the writers put so many subliminal messages in the show's episodes is because they're trying to keep it funny for both kids and adults. Adults may be forced to watch an episode or two with their kids, so the writers want it to be something that the adults can laugh at along with their child instead of something that would be boring to them.
But wait. Don't we already have a thread like this? I'm pretty sure we do, so this should be locked, shouldn't it?

Seen that video, love it in fact, but those aren't real subliminal messages, more like innuendos, which, like CDCB said, are those adulty jokes that go over the kids' heads that the writers put there to appeal all ages. If you think about it, you can find a sexual innuendo on most things these days anyway

I don't think the show even has subliminal messages and any ones that have been observed are most likely mere coincidences.
As for the innuendos, the show isn't big on those either, but I know of one episode, "Karate Choppers", that has ton of them according to the DVD commentary.

Some subliminal messages I don't really understand why it's counted as SUBLIMINAL. But the one where Patrick is making a lamp out of sand was pretty gross and disturbing.
