Umm I dunno what episode it was but when Spongebob had Mermaid Man's belt and shrunk everyone, they crawled in his head...and all around his body. ^^

I've could have sworn that Spongebob put his finger through his head and appears in another one of his holes along with his brain in "Bummer Vacation"
