    If you've seen The SB movie spongebob gets into the patty wagon Patrick said I thought that you didn't have a license so concidering The movie is the last ever ep SB won't get his license!!!

    You never know, they could make an episode that takes place after the movie, it's not a law (as far as I know).

    They'd have to change a lot. I strongly doubt they will. Even if they do continue past the movie, SpongeBob most likely won't get his license.

    A long time ago as in when the movie was the 'last episode' as in they were not going to make episodes after it?

    I still say the movie just wasn't canon. It wasn't the final episode.

    I think the eppie where Plankton directed SB and Pat in a band was after the movie, because Plankton was in jail.

    But that jail didn't seem to have "the criminally tiny" in it, so I doubt it's the same jail.

    Meh, I like to say it's the last episode. Besides, it's just a great finale, and too good to pass off as non canon.
