Chowder! It has great humor, parodys, funny and original characters and it stays fresh.

Spongebob was great. But now with all the gross humor, reused episode plots, completely useless episode plots, and Spongebob acting like a freakin stalker (like in Boating Buddies. Gees, can't he take a frickin hint?!) I just don't find it funny to watch anymore. There have only been a couple episodes where I've actually laughed at this season (including WBWP). Also, in Chowder there's a couple to rute for (Panini and Chowder). I like shows where there are two people you are just dying to want them to get together (Danny and Sam, Jake Long and Rose, Kim and Ron, ect. In case you're wondering, yes I am a girl). Sandy has only been seen a few times this season. It seems like the only characters you see all the time are Spongebob, Pat, Squid, Mrs. P, Mr. K, Plankton, and even MM & BB have moved up the ladder. It seems like Sandy is a minor character now. And they completely threw away the Patrick & Mindy concept after the movie (That would of been so cute!)

Face it, like The Simpsons, Spongebob has gotten stale. I still watch the show, but I only laugh at season 2 & 3 epis and half of season 4. The other epis I only watch when I'm bored and even then I'm playing a game on my phone and using the show for background noise.

Chowder is a great show. It reminds of "The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy" and the other cartoon cartoons, and yet has it's own originality. I'm hoping it will atleast last 3 to 5 years. Usually after 5 years, cartoons start to get new animation, a new-but-not-so-great look, and stale episode plots (cough PPG cough Dexter's Lab cough cough) and I don't want to see that happen to Chowder.

Anyway that's all I have to say. I just know I'm going to get a lot of hate mail from Spongebob fans, but that's just the way I feel.

    Mitsukigirl13 out.

I love them both. I think that Chowder is better right now, but the first few seasons of Spongebob were better than Chowder right now. (if that makes sense) I'd have to say Spongebob based on all of the episodes.

SpongeBob by far. I think Chowder's overrated.

Also mitsukigirl, Chowder just started. You said SpongeBob went downhill, so chances are Chowder will go downhill. Then say which one is better.

I love Chowder, even though SpongeBob is best in my eyes because of 1-3, but if you compare 4-6 to Chowder, Chowder wins in a landslide!

I love both shows, but I can REALLY say that SpongeBob wins the war. Chowder may be better, but we watch SpongeBob from when were very little.

I agree, I have not seen that many episodes, but from the episodes I have seen of Chowder are extremely stupid and I didn't laugh once

OMG Chowder has NOT had TIME to go downhill. It's new. I bet you a billion dollars Chowder will go downhill. In fact, I really consider that a vote for SpongeBob.

I agree with you Tvfan95 Chowder hasnt even had time to go downhill so its not fair to compare it to something that has, and has been on for almost 10 years. And I vote SB, because I can never really get in to/like Chowder.

Well, Chowder and Spongebob have good characters, and episodes. They are equally good, in my opinion.

SpongeBob is always my personal favorite. Chowder just tends to get too crazy.
