According to the information on the bottom of this devitation it states artwork for an artist saying that Tom Kenny and Andy Paley created a band consisting of Spongebob and his friends forming a band called "The Hi-Seas" which Stephen Hillenburg has passed on.

I was also searching through Youtube and found a music video of the Spongebob and his pals playing a song called "Where's Gary?" directed by Jillinda Palmer.
