Spongebob Squarepants : The Complete Fourth Season releases this September, Although it has a new way of releasing. As all of you know Spongebob is still airing episodes of season 4. Since it is still airing this season will be aired in volumes. Volume 1 releases this September. You can probably expect to see these episodes on it.
