    I also wish I had Nicktoons TV.

    And not only because they contain classic shows, but also because they don't cater to stupid shows.

    I don't think they would since Beavis and Butthead is rated TV-14(ages 14 and up) and SpongeBob is rated TV-Y(suitible for all ages) it'd be impossible if they had a crossover.
