Robot Chicken sucks. It seems they mostly have or make of mentaly-challenged people. That what it seems to me.

Damn it, don't they understand that The Simpsons have won dozens of awards already? Give some other shows a chance. What's the point of nominating SpongeBob if it's always going to lose the the Simpsons?

Well at least SpongeBob destroys The Simpsons in ratings, fanbase, and pretty much everything else.

Damn! I'd give The Inmates Of Summer a 10/10. But then I'd give The Two Faces Of Squidward a 2/10. Maybe it didn't win because the names take longer to say, and the people couldn't be bothered to say the name.

Yeah, but one main reason of that is because there is basically a channel that is devoted to showing Spongebob as much as possible, against(as far as I know) only two channels(Fox and WUAB), where they show it once or twice a week on fox and five times a week on WUAB. The Simpsons gets around 7 slots a week, while Spongebob gets....well, a lot.

Actually, my local Fox affiliate shows The Simpsons 16 times a week. And what's WUAB?

Mine shows it probably around 17 or 18 times a week...

they show it weekdays at 6, 7:30 and 11, Saturday at 7:30, and Sunday at 6 and 8 with maybe another ep at 8:30. But hey, Nick gives SB a lot of airtime too, so who are we to complain?

Look both of those episodes were from season 5, and I'm sure many of us can agree that it was the worst season of all time, its decline just doesn't have a chance against other awesome animated shows that never had a decline like The Simpsons, I don't mind that show winning again since I still love that show and has proven that under Fox's better suport it can withstand the test of time far better than SpongeBob has under Nick's management and those blasted new writers.

There's MORE people out there than you think that has seen the falling of SpongeBob and don't love it as much anymore, like me. (But i still love the older seasons and the characters and ideas of SpongeBob just not the newer seasons and most of the new episodes produced from these new writers.)

SpongeBob just couldn't win when even super SpongeBob fans (like Boolia) even said that the show had "changes." She may not mind them but many others hate the changes and either want this show canceled after its seventh season to be put out of its misery or want the current writers to be placed elsewhere and have more creative/imaginative/more caring about qualtiy writers in their place. Nick either needs to do one or the other, because the show can't go on like this much longer when many other people are sick and tired of SpongeBob being degrated.

See even a lot of fans like PokeSponge123 and ReaandAnasRock hate at least a small portion of episodes in seasons 4-6. PokeSponge123 really doesn't like Ghost Host and ReaandAnasRock dosn't like many of the episodes in those seaons where Squidward gets bashed like in Good Neighbors and Boating Buddies.

You can tell by that that the writers for this show now aren't doing very well with at least SOME of the more recent episodes of SpongeBob, but SpongeBob fans who like every single episode just don't understand that.

I still think some petitions need to be held for this.

Also with those two episodes you can tell that some didn't vote for them because MORE people know than you think that they've seen SpongeBob's decline and chose not to vote for it since they knew those two episodes were in a dreadful season known as season 5, and that resulted in SpongeBob losing the emmy I'm sure.

robin-hood, i don't know man. the simpsons have also been on a decline as well. i mean what haven't they done. i liked the simpsons movie, but the tv series is getting a little redundant. i am surprised that family guy got shut out. family guy is the best animated show on fox right now.

before you go name dropping, i know that raeandanasrock also hates episodes from seasons 1-3 like the paper, the camping episode, squilliam returns, and bunch more. just go take a look at the rate and reviews from all the seasons like i do from time to time.

i will admit it that spongebob will never return to its glory years, but that doesn't mean it is the worst thing on nick. i will take a quote from tvfan and that is I'M TIRED OF ALL THE SPONGEBOB BASHING! STOP IT!

in the mean time, petition all you want. the show will not get rid of the new writers, just like tv.com will probably not switch back to the old format

Clapmaster you aren't looking at the positives, i'm sure if enough of us keep fighting we can pressurize both Nick and TV.com to change their ways, and Nick will find new ways to handle Spongebob whilst TV.com changes back to the old format. Its not impossible, besides maybe our government and new president will have TV studios back on track again because he cares about what the fans want and stuff. You just got to stop looking down and believe in yourself and if we keep trying we can eventually succeed.
