    im sure alot of people have said this but spongebob could last forever (but unlikley) i know the 4th season is a bad one but think of the past 1-3 seasons they where way better there going to get the almost the same writers in the 5th season as in 1-3 so boo the 4th season but if we keep watching the show then it may get better dont loose hope im going to watch spongebob no matter how bad the episodes are even if its the 4th season and if it gets cancled then we wont get to see the other 1-3 seasons just like catdog chalkzone invader zim dont even get me started but watch this show

    the creators of SpongeBob need to think better episode ideas so it can last more years and seasons.

    Likewise, I will watch SpongeBob no matter how bad it gets. In fact, I easily like season four more than season one. But I don't think season six is such a great idea. I think it should end in 2008 or 2009, then create another movie to close the series and to tell what happens to the characters at the end.

    That site is all wrong. I'm sure they made up the date for South Park (1997-2019) I mean it's impossible to know a show's is going to end 12 years in advance.

    they have sorces i happen to know when alot of shows will get cancled and that is just me

    Just because the contract for spongebob ends in 2010, doesn't mean they wont renew. People need to stop saying Spongebob is being cancelled in 2010, because they could easily renew it before.

    i know 1 mounth ago it said it was ending in 2008 2010 is just what they have renewed it so far but if they renew it again then it will say 2011 but it will be over in 2010 for now unless nick renews it

    Contracts are normally renewed for about five years... One here has just been given for 50 years...

    There will most likely renew the show during Season 5 because a new generation of Spongebob fans are up and coming and just like the Simpsons there is a new audience to see the show that didn't see the originals.
