SpongeBob's been airing since 1999! I voted for this show because I like it, and it was the only choice of shows that I liked.

Oh, and btw, on your previous post you said "chinse"....first of all, you spelled "Chinese" wrong--twice. Second, anime is Japanese. And third, Avatar only looks anime, it's not really an anime.

Avatar, IMO, deserves to win more than any of the other shows. And here are my reasons:

1) Ed, Edd n' Eddy, to me, is a pretty good show. But it simply can't compete with the others.

2) The Simpsons, as awesome as it was in the past, has gone downhill.

3) SpongeBob....I liked this show a lot before, and I still like the old episodes now. But it, like the Simpsons, has gone downhill. The jokes are no longer funny, they reuse old jokes and plots, and the new episodes have just plain gotten creepy.

4) Avatar is a very creative show, and though admittedly it has some cheesiness (keep in mind that there are still younger viewers even though most of the auduence now is teenagers), the plot is amazing and they don't recylce jokes (running gags do not count). And violence? That's PG violence.

See? I can be civil about this. Why can't you? You said SpongeBob means the world to you...I won't comment on that, but I'll just say this: Death Note is my absolute favorite show of all time (well, it's tied for that spot), and if someone spoke about Death Note the way you hear people speak about SB, I will, admittedly, be angry, but I would never completely explode like you did.

Well, we'll all find out who won tonight (I'm only watching to see who won in the Favorite Cartoon category)
