Spongebob and Mr. Men Characters Simalarities

    Does Mr. Grumpy remind you of Squidward? Does Squidward remind you of Mr. Grumpy? Whenever i watch Spongebob and i see Squidward i always think of Mr. Grumpy. They are both really grumpy and don't tolerate anything fun like Spongebob and Patrick. Spongebob reminds me of Little Miss Sunshine because they are both happy all the time and they are always having fun. Patrick reminds me of Mr. Scatterbrain because they are both really stupidly happy all the time. they are both not thinking about smart things. Evalynn (the pink fish with a red bra) reminds me of Little Miss Helpful because they are both pink and the same shape. Also Spongebob can remind me of Mr. Happy also.

    Well, each character of the Mr. Men show is meant to resemble a specific mood, so it wouldn't be hard to match them with any other cartoon character that has a specific attitude, like on SpongeBob.

    hmm, Little Miss Daredevil could be a little like Sandy, specially Sandy on Pre-Hibernation Week

    Mr. Men is stupid, anyway. I mean, of course Patrick isn't the only dumb character in a show, or Squidward is the only grumpy character.

    I think this is one of those lol wtf? moments. Heh heh heh, little miss hyper seems to also be little miss fiesty, when it comes to Mr. Men bashings.

    Squidward can also remind people of Mr. Persnickety because of his love of all things clean. Spongebob also kinda sounds like Mr. Tickle.

    Sorry, I didn't mean to upset the Little Misses. It is just in my (whatever gender I am) honest opinion that Mr. Men is, how you say, brainless and pointless. Also, I'm getting very suspicious of the fact that two Mr. Men fans are already posting on this board. I hope we don't have another riot like the one with the Avatards back in 2008.

    Note to mods: I am not insulting the Mr. Men fans, this is just my opinion. I just don't want there to be a fight here.

    I think the Mr Men show is fine... in that i see no flaws in it... But when you compare it with Spongebob...

    However everyone's entitled to their opinions and obviously we don't want another flame war. It's bad enough that the avatards have to be so stuck up.

    So in the interests of keeping peace let's just agree to have our opinions and accept others opinions.

    Back ot though and yes i'd agree Squidward has a bit of Mr Persnickety in him as well as Mr Grumpy.

    Let's not forget the battle between the Phineas and Ferb fans, I'm just glad we had a truce fairly quickly and then everybody got along, peace for the win! There was a fight here in the past with Avatar fans? I'm not suprised that that war with them was the worst since they're all *censored.*

    Anyway now I just find this strange/interesting, SpongeBob compared with The Mr. Men Show? Lolwut?

    Don't worry I thought that The Mr. Men Show was a good show, but I also looove SpongeBob! I'm sticking to watching SpongeBob only though right now, The Mr. Men Show didn't last long suprisingly without getting the axe from Cartoon Network, and right now it doesn't even seem like they air it on their channel anymore.

    EDIT: Not all Avatar fans are bad though.

    well the show is based on the Mr. Men books so I'm guessing that it's aimed at little kids.

    I, being the bored person i am, happened to watch said show last year on tv and... whilst it has no real issues imo, it's hardly a masterpiece of entertainment... Also at school they read the books and i remember them vaguely... So imo whilst it's not an altogether bad show it's hardly up their with Spongebob... and so the comparisons between characters are pretty... unecessary observations... considering the Mr Men characters are all absed upon simple human emotions and activities (Miss Scary, Mr Messy etc)
