    Ha, well it is really hard to tell, thats why I am guessing the fact that its a cartoon, it is alright to not hint sexual orientation.     It doesn't matter much, but seriously the creator contradicted himself by portraying a feminine sponge character. Don't get me wrong he show is good, but I like Patrick, Sqid, Krabs more.
    He did. Didn't you see the episode where Spongebob was trying to impress Sandy in the earlier episodes? I can agree that they're making Spongebob look and act too gay in the newer one, but not earlier when Hillenburg was incharge.

    I said yes. But don't mean it as an insult its just his orientation. I still like him despite what he is. NO one should be offended by that rumor. It doesn;t make him less of a sponge. He's probably gay since all the episodes he's enver ever had a crush. Squidward also seems kinda gay

    They're metrosexual, and agreed there's nothing wrong with being gay The "Ripped Pants" song proves Spongebob isn't gay

    Only reason why people think Spongebob's gay because of the episode named Rock-a-Bye Bivalve! I mean two males happen to want to take care of a baby I know it sounds gay but it isn't. I imagine what would happen if that episode didn't air...

    Good looking ones? These are cartoon characters, AND their fish. I doubt there'd even be good looking ones.

OKay I will admit that this is a bad idea . But anything would be fine so that the SpongeBob is season four can't be considered the true one. Or maybe as someone else said, any episode after the movie is non-cannon. The idea that the movie ends the story does support this. Who agrees?

    As confusing as it gets, I agree. But when did Spongebob have a son in Season 4.

    Here is a reason why Spongebob is not gay In "Your Shoe's Untied", Spongebob saw a video of a sponge. We know the sponge is pink so it is a female. And the reason Gary meowed and Spongebob switched the station to the sports channel is unappropriate for Gary. This reports as Spongebob watching "sponge pornography", so Spongebob is heterosexual. If Spongebob was gay then this would have never happened. So Spongebob is not gay.

    Yeah, that's good legal proof. People never mention much about Spongebob watching that video .
