...Is there a point in posting this on a Spongebob board? Really, I've never understood the comparison threads, cause whatever board your on will choose that side... Anyway, I'll say the obvious, Spongebob (by far)

SpongeBob is always my personal favorite. FOP is great too, but recently they have had a tendency to go too over-the-top and it doesn't has a much simplicity as SB has.

LOL. FOP is good too, but some episodes can turn from good to silly. But I still like it!

I don't like these kinds of threads, as they tend to lead to flame wars
as for the question, i choose Spongebob(obviously). Plus, i think FOP's been goin' downhill for a while now

Spongebob. I wrote a review for fairly odd parents and gave it a 9, but now, I have changed my mind. Fairly odd parents has been going downhill since poof came along. And timmy is now acting more selfish then he used to. I am not that in to FOP anymore

Dude, 1,000% SpongeBob! The Fairly Odd Parents is hated by so many people now that it's not even funny...
FOP to me used to be great, but now since Poof came along the new episodes just all have basically lost their luster.
SpongeBob a lot of people say has gone downhill after the movie, but I still think this show can have great episodes, and it is still a very fun and entertaining show to watch, so I'm glad it's still on the air. To me the only real bad season was season 5 with only a few good episodes, seasons 4, 6, and 7 can still be pretty good because they can have quite a bit of episodes I like and I think are great in my opinion. I also think that since this show is on season seven now, it is slowly beginning to go back uphill again.
