    if he is a sponge...and sponges absorb water...he lives under the sea...why hasn't he shrivelled up?

    Also, being underwater...and a sponge...why does he have a bath?

    i understand, and im sorry i previously insulted spongebob

    Well, it's a cartoon. It dosen't have to make sence. I mean, do you actually think they did research to make a sponge live in a pineapple? It's comedy.
