After Plankton gets amnesia, he does not remember his friends anymore and they kick him out of town. But how will Plankton survive on his own in the deep wild? It's up to his friends, Sepo and Meryl, to get him back and to get him to remember himself!

Plots:
45. After getting an ugly zit, Pam worries no one will like her, so she tries to hide it. Patrick tells her it's fine, and compliments her beauty, thinking this might be a way to ask her out. Will it work? ; After being divorced to his wife, Mr. Patchy feels lonely and tries to find a new wife. He meets Elaine, and they get married. But will they live happily ever after?
46. The waiter at The Doughnutter accidentally trips whilst taking a doughnut to a customer. The doughnut falls into the bag of a scientist, which has a potion in it. The dougnut comes out and becomes a mutant that takes over the whole town; Sandy is moving from Bikini Bottom, and wants to visit Patrick before she leaves (as she does still miss him). During her stay Perry falls in love with her and tries really hard to impress her.

So they, with the help of Sally and Nestor go to the tree to wait for them. However many problems arise when Billy catches a cold, Sally breaks her arm and Nestor is just being himself (which causes a major problem). Will they see the ghosts or have to go home? Plots:
47. A group of fashion professionals come to Starfishville and start rating the entire town on their appearance, which is split into 4 sections: Clothes, Hair, Make-Up (Girls), Facial Hair (Boys) and Accessories. If they don't have a high enough rating, they will have to wear embarassing clothes for a day. Perry and Patrick need to find a way to get a high enough score to pass before they have to go around town in a dress for a whole day; Eleanor uses her "daughter of the mayor" privileges and bosses the staff, including Mr. Patchy around. Is there a way to stop her?
Special. It's April Fools Day, which everybody loves. But Mr. Patchy has banned pranks from The Doughnutter and the staff must not prank anyone, or react if they are pranked by customers; As a joke to get Patrick back for his constant pranks, Perry and Pam trick Patrick into believing he has a sister. They use Pam's cousin as his sister "Patricia", but will gullible Patrick fall for it?

14-17. A Perfectly Plankton version of Star Wars.
18. Sepo's cousin is having his Bar Mitzvah, so Sepo and Plankton must make it perfect.
19-20. Plankton, Sepo and Meryl get stuck in a haunted house.
21. Sepo falls in love with Meryl's sister, Yvonne.
22-23. Plankton turns evil again and his friends must help be good again.
24-25. Plankton finds a monster under his bed, and he names it Zono.
26. Plankton and Sepo take a Karate class.
27. Plankton wishes he would be the champion of golf, but then he can't take his mind off of anything else!
28-31. Plankton and his friends move to Bikni Bottom, but what happens when Plankton isn't welcome in Bikni Bottom! What will it take for Plankton to apologize?
Oh, and episodes 28-31 have been renamed "Chance Of Bliss".

They waste so much money that they have no cash for other stuff, what will they do?
50. We find out 50 secrets of The Patrick Show to celebrate the 50th episode.
51. Patrick finds he has a hole in one of the walls in his front room, where a SeaMouse named Steve is living. How is he going to get rid of the vermin without killing it? ; Eleanor is going sailing with Felix and all of his work mates, but she worries as she gets terribly sea sick. "Mr. Doctor Patrick" agrees to come along and make sure she feels ok on the day.
