Since Spongebob airs so many specials, I just thought there should be a forum specificly for special ideas.

Here's Mine:

Texas Love (1 1/2 hour counting commercials): Sandy's parents (Her mom's a scientist and her dad's a rodeo rider) come to Bikini Bottom for a week long visit. After their fun visit, Sandy realizes that she really misses Texas. So she decides to leave (There's a montage of flashbacks and Sandy packing with the song "Gotta Go My Own Way" from High School Musical 2). After Sandy leaves, since he things she's not coming back, he revieles to Patrick that he's had a crush on her ever since he first saw her.

Meanwhile, Sandy is bored and missing Bikini Bottom. She wants to go back, but convinces herself that she'll get over it. Back in the ocean, Spongebob is on the computer and goesto the Weather channel site. It says that a giant tornado is going to destroy everything, including Cheeks Farm! So he decides to go up and rescue Sandy.

Back in Texas, the tornado has already started. Sandy is trying to get to the barn, but the tornados pulling her in! But Spongebob grabs her and they hold on to the nearest telephone poll. All hope seems lost, so Spongebob confeces his crush. And it turns out that she has a crush on him too. They are about to be sucked into the tornado when Sandy's Dad blows away the tornado with Spongebob's reef blower (He borrowed it without asking). That night, Sandy decides that she's going back to Bikini Bottom, and they have a BBQ to celebrate. After the dinner, Sandy's dad plays "Could it Be" (by Christy Carlson Romano) on his guitar, and Spongebob and Sandy dance by the campfire, and then they kiss. The End
