Is it me or is there a decline of quality in the newer episodes. Every episode seems rushed, with very few jokes in them. Some episodes have downright, ridiculosplots. Patrick is even so stupid, that it isn't funny anymore. I think they're trying to hard to make good episodes, anyone agree?

Everything post-Wigstruck (with the exception of BDE) is very good. Plus Patrick's stupidity makes the show funny.

Season 5 is kinda declining, but is still steady. However, I don't like how there's so many three-segment shows now.

The only episode I liked in season 5 was Sing a Song Of Patrick.
The song was funny and I loved that part where the boy fish says this song makes me think of you, and then the girl fish hears the line "PU what's that horrible smell" and punches him LOL
Otherwise every episode in season 5 sucked, I hope it gets canceled, otherwise people will want it to be canceled.

I only liked one episode of S4, and that was Where's Gary? S5 was a lil' better.
S4 and S5 were dumb, but at least some people (GOD FORBID!!) like it.

To me everything post Once Bitten was good (except the short episodes). Though I havn't seen Le Big Switch.

I disagree completely. Sure it had bad episodes, but some of the other episodes from older seasons had worse episodes... Should I bring up "Ugh"? Some of the episodes were bad, but I'll keep on watching even if it turns into the most unfunniest show in the world.
Deep down, I suspect that every person who's complained about the bad episodes in Season 4 and 5 think that there's space for improvement or else you wouldn't still be watching...

The end of Season 4 and Season 5 are ok, but the first half of Season 4 was STUPID!

Definitely agreed. Seasons four and five hardly seem like the same show. The stories are totally incoherent, the jokes are made up of rehashed material from previous episodes, and the characters behave like shoddy caricatures of their former selves. I can watch an episode from season three or earlier and laugh out loud for pretty much the entire running time. The new episodes are lucky if they get a chuckle out of me.

I think it's mostly due to the new writers. They just can't get the tone of the show right.

They were dumb, but I still think the show should never ever be cancelled.

yes season 4 and 5 are definitely not as good as the other three, but it is stillbetter than other shows like tak and the power of juju, but that's just myopinion
