The poll describes everything. I think it was To Love a Patty, with Fungus and Battle of BB next in line.
So go ahead and vote and tell your thoughts and reasons about these bad episodes of the dreaded season 5. I know a lot of people hate 'em.
Out of these five choices I'd say Atlantis and Waiting were the least terrible. The other three were just too nasty. I personally don't see how anyone can bear to watch them.
I'm so glad season five is over. Even though some episodes aren't too good in season six, it still is doing better than season 5 I'd say.

Atlantis Squarepantis. That episode was terrible. I though it was going to be longer but wasnt.

Well my least favorite episode ever is in Season 5. And the name is... FUNGUS AMONG US!!!

The only SpongeBob episode to actually make me gag

Fungus Among Us, that episode was almost worse than seeing puke crap living monsters put together.
It also kinda scares me too. I despise it... so very much! Go to hell you abomination! I also agree on TBoBB.
I still haven't seen The Splinter, and yeah I know that one's in season 6.

Wait...was Battle of BB the one where SpongeBob and Patrick are in a meadow and Patrick is trying to be dirty and SpongeBob is trying to be clean? If so, then that's the worst one for me. That is the only SpongeBob episode that has ever made me gag and wish the episode was over...although Fungus Among Us is close behind it. Then it's Atlantis SquarePantis, then To Love A Patty, and then Waiting. Waiting is the only one I truly like, it's funny to me.

"The Krusty Plate" was the worst, but I had to vote for "Waiting" since it was pretty much the same. "Fungus Among Us" was one of my favorites, so was "To Love a Patty." "Atlantis SquarePantis" was kinda childish humor and "The Battle of Bikini Bottom" was okay, but part of the poor-quality 2nd-half-of-season-5 episodes.
