What would You like to See in S8?

    Since Season 7 is almost over, i thought it would be a good time to make this. What do you hope will happen in Season 8? Personally, i hope we get more Karate or MermaidMan episodes (Since we got a TON of Plankton episodes in Season 7, which seemed to annoy everyone). Also, feel free to share some Season 8 news.


    But what do you hope will happen in Season 8?


    Also guys, i heard somewhere we MIGHT get another Season 3 like hiatus during this season. I'm not sure how true it is, but see this thread for more info :

    I think it would help if the next season is taking a litte break once in a while. I guess that was the reason season 3 was very good. Becouse the writers took their time to write the episodes.

    Hey guys, i think i may have found some news about the first special for Season 8. It is called Krabby Patty No More and there will be 2 books based off of it. Someone already posted this though, but i should bring it up here too :

It comes out this October.

    NOTICE: I don't know how true this stuff is, but Amazon is a trustful source. But we will hear more when We get closer to October.

    Yeah, I never really thought of that but that's probably the reason.
    Well part of the reason was the writers, but yeah Season 3 went really slow, perhaps because they were putting more time into episodes. Season 5 onward episodes seem rushed to me.

    I doubt it. It says it takes 9 months to make an episode so if it is Season 7 the last 2 season 7 episode will air in December and that season 8 special airs in October

    Yeah we will probably have to wait longer for season 7 to end. Oh well, the upcoming Season 8 special looks good.

    I think that more of the newer SpongeBob episodes have been thriving on the SpongeBob-Patrick-Squidward buddy/conflict episodes.



    Boating school episodes would be nice, but the Krabs vs. Plankton thing in the recent seasons has been way too much... (more please!)

    Hey, chill guys. The crew ALWAYS takes about a 1 month break between all the seasons. Production on season 8 is in full swing. So, no extra waiting for new episodes!

    Oh, and jjsthekid, I LIKED Karate Choppers.


    I really like the karate theme, so I voted for that.....

    I doubt the hiatus will make much of a difference since Nick airs Spongebob so much, you can't tell.

    My ideal season: More Sandy episodes, Less Plankton VS Krabs and Squidward trying to do something but it backfires because of Spongebob episodes.
