Season 5... Disappointment or Not?

    I think Season 5 is somewhat better than season 4, but nowhere near as good as Seasons 1, 2, and 3.

    It's not a disappointment at all. I actually think that if you compare some particular episodes against other particular episodes from Season 3, some of them might be better.

    Example:

    Episode 2 Season 3: Welcome to the Chum Bucket/Frankendoodle

    Episode 2 Season 5: Spy Buddies/Boat Smarts/Good Ol' Whatshisname

    I think that the Second episode of Season 5 is better than the second episode of Season 2.

    Season 5 is turning out to be pretty good. Its ALOT better than Season 4!! That was my least fav. season. But still S5 isnt as good as Seasons 1,2, or 3--but im still looking forward to S5 coming out on DVD in September!

    It's not a dissapointment, infact, it's way better than season 4. If it wasn't for season 5, I would probably lose intrest in this show.

    Well, to be onest with you, in Season 5 the show has started running out of ideas, reusing old plots and making 4 minutes episodes that could have had their stories told in a full episode.

    Boat Smarts sort of seemed like it needed to be a 4 minute episode and Rise and Shine would have been funnier if it was longer, but it might have gotten repetitive.

    I don't know exactly what epis fall in Season 4 and 5...but I'm not to fond of the newer episodes. >.> I prefer the older season. But hey I still like the sponge. ^^'
