While some Season 4 episodes with Sandy in it were hilarious (Chimps Ahoy! - Best Quote: "I've discovered a parallel universe!" - "Mirror, Patrick, already invented..." - *turns around* - *Patrick in mirror shrugs and walks away*), did you notice that Sandy totally changed? For no apparent reason? Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't believe there was ANYTHING have to do with Texas. Sandy is some scientist now.

    Proof:
Chimps Ahoy! - She's an inventor who's investors are about to quit.
Squidbob Tentaclepants - She's created in invention ("matter transporter") which can move things around. She's obviously an inventor.
Patrick Smartpants - Patrick and Sandy discuss very technical and algebraic forumulas and... stuff o_O.

Personally, I don't care for the new Sandy. I loved the Texas Sandy .

    Correct anything if I'm wrong.

    What's ya'll's opinions?

I think she began in yhe season 1 episode, "Sandy's Rocket", i think they're making up for all the times she hasnt invented since then.

Yeah, In Sandy's Rocket, she DID build a rocket. Only a scientist could do that. And in Chimps Ahoy!, she must've been moving to Texas.

It seems that in season 4, she invents things more often than she used to.

True. But she still felt more Texasy in Sandy's Rocket . In Chimps Ahoy!, I quote she said to the bus driver: "Can you take me someplace you go when you've got nowhere else to go?" (or close enough). Then he says something like, "Sure, we make stops in Losertown, Quitersville, etc". Not Texas . Teehee

She also wanted to collect moon rocks from the moon to study them and I think she had a few calculations.

    she started in

    Tea at the Treedome:
SpongeBob meets a squirrel named Sandy, who invites him over to her undersea treedome for tea one afternoon. Only problem is, it's inside a waterproof treedome, and our spongy hero runs the risk of drying out completely if he attends, but with the help of Patrick he helps Spongebob almost get through it until Spongebob wants to leave then Patrick comes in and both of them are dried out.

    not sandys rocket

Sandy was always a scientist. That's why she lives at the bottom of the sea, to study. Why did you think she lives there?

It seems, even with her underwater tree dome, her role as a scientist had always been implied up until Season 4. Still, how often do you see a scientist that plays karate and takes up extreme sports?

Another Season 4 episode with Sandy as a scientist is:

Patrick Smartpants: I think this is the quote: Sandy: "Science makes everything sound painful" Please correct me if I am wrong.

Also, in Karate Island she didn't use much science and she had a pretty major role.

That's season 4 and it was in Funny Pants, the episode that confirmed Sandy is a scientist.
