    I saw a running  gag today!

    In Patty Hype, Patrick makes inflattable pants.

    In The Sponge Who Could Fly, Spongebob makes inflattable pants.

    Why do people hate me. I want to just have a forum post that people (mainly spongebob haters) to post running gags on and what your favourites are.

    i thought that a running gag was a series of events that are related to each other occur several times through an episode for a humorous effect (wow, i sounded like a nerd, huh?)

    there was a running gag in "chocolate with nuts" where that fish kept chasing after spongebob and patrick yelling "CHOCOLATE!! CHOCOLATE!!!!"

    I didn't create this topic but I think the point of the topic is to talk about jokes that repeat throughout the show.

    Another running gag is in the bully every time Spongebob ran through town shouting, 'HE'S GONNA KICK MY BUTT!'the people thought he was pointing to the old man so they kept beating the old guy up.
