I'd say "Le Big Switch", it's only been broadcasted once. I wouldn't say "The Paper" since it is now broadcasted on the Nonstop Five at Five (trust me, I've seen it on there), although "I Was a Teenage Gary" is somewhat Halloween, so it usually broacasts about three to five times a year with "Scaredy Pants". But no matter what, my vote will stick to "Le Big Switch" (well, until it reruns again after "Goo Goo Gas" airs).

Wormy/Patty Hype.
The holiday episodes apart from Christmas Who are played a lot more than 5 times a year in the UK.

The rarest episode used to be SpongeBob's House Party, which would air only once or twice a year. But they've been starting the air that episode more frequently now.

The rarest episode is definetely Le Big Switch, as it has only aired once. The others are, of course, the holiday episodes: Scaredy Pants/I Was a Teenage Gary, Christmas Who?, and Valentine's Day/The Paper (probably the rarest out of those three).

Well, I don't consider "The Paper" rare anymore as since it now airs on the Nonstop Five at Five, but since "I Was a Teenage Gary" had its Halloween theme, I'm sure it'll remain rare. But still strong agreement is on "Le Big Switch" being the rarest episode right now.
