Does anyone remember the scene in "Funny Pants" after Spongebob keeps Squidward up all night with his laughing and two guys are shown sitting at a table in the Krusty Krab and one says to the other "Always check for spare change"? I have been very curious about this for a long time and I was wondering if anyone has an idea about what he was talking about and/or what he was supposed to be?
