Exactly what I was thinking. They have rushed plots and they are making too many now. Are they too lazy to make complete 11-minute episodes?
I like the four minute episodes. They actually are pretty decent, but then again some of the four minute episodes cannot be dragged on for 11 minutes and the plots are dying to be discovered.

You are missing the point here! The people down at the studios were they create Spongebobare probably running out of eleven minute episode ideas. It's a good guess.

At least they are making new episodes, so I'm still happy.

I don't remember Spongebob episodes I have enjoyed as much as the new shorter ones in a long time. If they remain as good as "Spongebob vs the Patty Machine", and "Boating School Video" I say keep them up. Spongebob has gotten pretty stale IMO as of late yet these shorts are reminding me why I liked this show in the first place. So I want them to stay.

Yeah, but most of them are just about Patrick's stupidity like, "Rise and Shine", "Donut of Shame", and "Pat No Pay".
I think that Patrick was sort of smart in Donut of Shame. He felt guilty and wanted to hide it. He just didn't do it correctly except when he hid it in his pants. Now who would want to search down there...
