Ok i noticed that patrick became dumber in the 5th season and 4th season. WHAT HAPPENED TO HIM? in the first season he wasent that dumb he knew what to do in alot of situations but now he cant do nothing. One little thing and he says stupid stuff or does somthing that are useless. and he laughs alot too like every second which is annoying

Yeah, and they're making too many example episodes such as "Rise and Shine", "Donut of Shame", and "Pat No Pay". Alright already, we get the point: Patrick's dumb!

Patrick was already dumb enough in the early episodes. Now he's so dumb it's freaking unbearable.

Yeah, like in Sing a song of Patrick, he didn't know how to write and in Rise and Shine he didn't even know how to eat....WHAT THE CRUD!!!!!!!

Well, I have no idea what you people are talking about. The dumber he gets, the funnier I think he is. I think the best episodes are Sing a Song Patrick, Rise and Shine, Donut of Shame, Pat No Pay, The Pink Purloiner, and others because Patrick is so stupid. Patrick is my favorite character because he is stupid. And I always laugh at the stupidest stuff ever, so I love Patrick, and I think he is getting better and better every episode.

A lot of the Patrick-based episodes in seasons 4 and 5 are painful for me to watch. The only one I found even remotely funny is Sing a Song of Patrick. They've illustrated Patrick's stupidity to the point that it's unbearable for long-time fans...hopefully season six will be a breath of fresh air.

Yeah, now he's...dumb. Back then, he was lovably dumb. Now he's annoyingly dumb. It's like SpongeBob. He was more mature in the earlier episodes, but now he acts like a total kid. He's gotten annoying.

Aaaaaaand...Sandy's gotten more rude. In the earlier seasons, she was really always friendly. Now she's more sarcastic and rude. Squidward remained the same, though.

Well now that you guys mention it,I agree.Patrick is not as funny as he used to be because he acts too dumb.I still love Patrick,he's just not his old self.
This is why I prefer older episodes.

My own opinion, his dumbness = on the floor, laughing like no tomorrow. He is the only character I laugh the most for (even in Season Four & Five)
